About Us

Whilst growing up, Rebekah Arthurs MICCH found sanctuary in the magical mysteries of Mother Earth; rocks, wood, flowers and crystals became her friends and allies.  Rebekah began her spiritual quest during her teens, discovering she had been blessed with healing hands.

After qualifying with the International College of Crystal Healers (ICCH), Rebekah's hunger for knowledge drew her to Australia where the intense and yet gentle Bush Flower Essences spoke to her before close contact with death spun Rebekah's life in the direction and study of Shamanism, enriching the healing tools already harnessed. During A trip to Nepal, Spirit guided Rebekah to a Tibetan singing bowl Master who introduced her to the phenomenal healing power attained through sound vibration. 

Utilising Shamanic Journeying, and with Rebekah's thorough knowledge of essences, “Gaia’s Essences” was born, bringing crystals, flowers, trees and plants, energy hot spots, sound vibration and the movement of the planets into being in the form of tinctures and sprays.

Rebekah's vision has been to bring healing to people and the land and in 2001, Rattle And Hum Healing was launched (then known as Gaia's Gifts).
